摘要

目的,2,查找中医儿科古籍中有目连眨表现的类抽动障碍疾病，明确其病因及相关病机，为抽动障碍的临床治疗提供参考。,方法,2,运用“中医资源网”网站，搜索记载有目连眨与肢体抽动同时出现的中医儿科著作50部，按疾病、病机予以分类归纳，相关方药进行数据挖掘分析。,结果,2,共检索出28个方剂、72味中药，其中频次≥5的药物20味，占药物总频次73%；将频次≥5的药物通过聚类得出5类药物群；运用复杂网络分析得出白术、茯苓、柴胡、白芍、人参、栀子、川芎、当归、陈皮为核心药物。,结论,2,类抽动障碍疾病的病机为肝风，病理因素与风、火、痰、虚相关，治疗以补脾、化痰、益气养血、清肝火、息肝风为主，核心药物可能通过调节神经递质的代谢发挥作用。
