肺脾肾三脏虚馁是儿童反复呼吸道感染的关键病机。膏方具有健体强身、救偏却病的作用，与整体调节、防治兼施的特点；膏方调治反复呼吸道感染的最佳时机是冬令三九时节，且处在病情相对稳定的非急性感染期，治疗需注意肺脾肾三脏同调，以清补、平补、通补为主，用药轻、药味少，并多选用冰糖收膏。
