摘要

目的,2,观察耳穴压丸辅助治疗肝阳上亢型高血压合并焦虑状态的效果。,方法,2,选取2021年10月—2022年10月首都医科大学附属北京中医医院心血管科收治的60例肝阳上亢型高血压合并焦虑状态患者，用随机数表法分为2组，各30例。对照组给予常规治疗和护理，观察组在对照组的基础上加耳穴压丸治疗，两耳交替压丸，疗程2周。对比2组治疗前后血压、中医证候积分及焦虑状态评分。,结果,2,治疗后2组收缩压、舒张压比较差异无统计学意义（,P,>,0.05）。治疗后，2组眩晕、口干口苦、五心烦热、急躁易怒等症状评分均较治疗前降低（,P,<,0.05），观察组眩晕头痛、口干口苦、五心烦热、急躁易怒症状评分均低于对照组（,P,<,0.05）。治疗后，2组SAS评分均低于治疗前，同时观察组SAS评分低于对照组（,P,<,0.05）。,结论,2,在常规治疗与护理的基础上加用耳穴压丸治疗，可以改善肝阳上亢型高血压合并焦虑状态患者的中医证候及焦虑状态。
