摘要

目的,2,基于Python语言分析《外科正宗》中关于中医内治法的用药规律。,方法,2,采用Python语言检索《外科正宗》中所有的内治方剂，提取方剂组成、主治疾病、煎服方法等，统计分析用药规律并将其进行可视化分析。,结果,2,《外科正宗》的中医内治法涉及方剂共289首，使用药物共421味，药物出现总频次为2 943次。使用频次≥30次的中药，共22味，甘草、当归、川芎是《外科正宗》中医内治的主要药物。提取关键字绘制词云，得到人参-白术、当归-川芎、川芎-白芍等有关联信息的药对。,结论,2,通过Python语言分析可知，《外科正宗》中医内治方面擅用补法，强调补气血、健脾胃，尤擅长治疗痈疽初期伴发热疼痛等症。
