摘要

目的,2,观察五音疗法联合揿针对轻中度溃疡性结肠炎（UC）伴轻度焦虑抑郁患者的干预效果。,方法,2,将72例轻中度UC伴轻度抑郁焦虑的受试者，按完全随机分组的方法分为治疗组和对照组，每组各36例。2组在口服美沙拉嗪肠溶片（4 g/d）基础上，对照组采用传统心理治疗，治疗组采用五音疗法及揿针治疗，疗程共4周。对比2组改良Mayo评分、焦虑自评量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分、患者满意度评分。,结果,2,治疗后，2组改良Mayo评分、焦虑自评量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分均较治疗前显著下降（,P,<,0.05），且治疗组以上评分均低于对照组（,P,<,0.05），患者满意度评分显著高于对照组（,P,<,0.05）。,结论,2,五音疗法联合揿针治疗改善轻中度UC患者的焦虑抑郁情绪优于传统心理治疗，显著提高美沙拉嗪诱导UC缓解的临床疗效及患者的满意度。
