摘要

王桂玲教授认为，特发性震颤发生发展与督脉失充、脑髓失养关系密切，治疗重视阴阳，督任同调；以火针温通之力温督益髓、柔筋止颤，以毫针微通之力健脑定志、安神止颤；主张选取多种针具、多种刺法以达到温督安神的治疗目的，根据病情将毫针刺法与火针刺法有机结合运用，重视针刺浅深，临证因病、因人制宜。
