摘要

心房颤动（简称“房颤”）是临床常见的心律失常之一，可引起多种心血管疾病；而血尿酸升高会明显增加房颤发生的风险。房颤与高尿酸血症“共病”是以正虚邪实、毒邪蕴结形成“伏毒”为病机，存在湿、痰、瘀、浊、毒等证候要素。中医治疗以扶正祛邪作为基本治则，分别施以利湿、祛痰、化瘀、泄浊、解毒等法达到邪去正安的效果。房颤与高尿酸血症“共病”“机-证-治”理论体系的建立与完善，有助于提高临床疗效。
