摘要

腰椎退行性疾病是一系列以椎间盘退变为病理基础的疾病，多病程较久，发病者可伴终身，故早期预防或者延缓椎间盘退变对于腰椎退行性疾病的防治尤为重要。中医“治未病”理论体系已广泛应用于各种慢性疾病的临床预防及诊疗。基于中医“治未病”理论，结合腰椎退行性疾病的危险因素、病理基础以及致病特点，从未病先防、防微杜渐、既病防变、瘥后防复4个环节提出相应的防治原则和方药选择。以期为“治未病”理论防治腰椎退行性疾病的应用提供新思路。
