摘要

IgG4相关性肾病（IgG4-RKD）是近年来较为常见的继发性肾脏病，中医药治疗以化痰活血、软坚散结为主，亦有学者设立温阳化气的治疗原则。临床上IgG4相关性肾病既有少阳、太阴、少阴、厥阴之传变，又可见多经并病，符合六经辨证规律，从六经辨证治疗该病取得良好疗效。目前尚无从六经辨证诊治IgG4相关性肾病的相关文献，探讨六经辨证诊治该疾病并附验案1则，丰富和拓宽诊治思路，提高临床疗效。
