摘要

“四饮”是张仲景在《金匮要略》中提及有关津液代谢异常的概念，包括痰饮、悬饮、溢饮、支饮。特发性膜性肾病（IMN）是成人肾病综合征的主要病因，其主要临床表现为水肿，辨证以外寒内虚为主，中医病机特点与“四饮”中“溢饮”和“痰饮”相似。刘宝利教授主张以温阳解表法治疗IMN，以麻黄附子汤合肾着汤为主方随证加减，临床疗效较好。
