摘要

原发免疫性血小板减少症（ITP）是一种自身免疫性出血性疾病，中医称之为“紫癜病”。基于《血证论》“阴阳水火气血论”，结合“脾分阴阳论”，解析“治血治气，以脾为主”理论的思想内涵，从温脾阳、益脾阴、补脾气以健脾助运，以及兼理他脏、分期而治3个方面，体现“治血治气，以脾为主”理论在临床辨治慢性/难治性ITP中的应用。
