摘要

支气管扩张症（简称“支扩”）是由于各种原因引起支气管病理性、永久性扩张，导致反复感染的慢性气道炎症性疾病，目前中医治疗多从痰热壅肺、痰湿阻肺、肝火犯肺、阴虚肺热等方面论治，均取得了一定的疗效，但患者出现的气道黏液高分泌状态、易产生定植菌、长病程后气短乏力等问题仍是目前治疗的难题。从“痰毒”理论出发，将“痰毒”作为贯穿支扩全程的核心病机，全程关注痰毒，同时结合各分期特点随证治之，治疗过程中把握其阶段性特点，“清热为先，中期扶正，末当三脏并调，涤痰蠲毒全程兼顾”。
