摘要

气道黏液高分泌是慢性气道炎症性疾病的基础病理生理及临床特征，中医通常从“痰饮”来认识气道黏液高分泌，病机本虚标实，本虚乃肺脾肾三脏为主的气血阴阳不足，标实为痰、瘀、气、水等病理因素壅滞于内，治疗时不可见痰只治痰，需辨明虚实、气血、阴阳，祛邪与培补共奏，从而改善慢性气道炎症性疾病气道黏液高分泌状态。
