摘要

幽门螺杆菌（Hp）感染可导致慢性活动性胃炎，根除Hp治疗可以逆转Hp所致的胃黏膜萎缩、肠化，降低胃癌发生风险。张声生教授认为可将Hp看作是广义的毒邪，是中焦气机紊乱的始动因素。Hp胃炎病位在胃，与脾、肝二脏密切相关，病变后期气机升降失序而剉伤中焦正气，出现寒热错杂、虚实夹杂之证。治疗当祛Hp毒邪以治标，复中焦枢机以固本，病变后期以平调寒热虚实，配合护膜防邪侵为策。
