摘要

从“玄府-气液-肺络”理论浅析肺结节的中医病机，认为玄府郁闭、肺失宣肃为发病之因，气液不通、痰气交阻为病变之枢，肺络瘀阻、癌毒内生为病进之果，上述病变过程与西医学所述的微循环改变、炎性微环境及肿瘤微环境相似。肺结节属于中医学“肺络病”范畴，外治法在肺络病中的临床疗效已得到证实。故针对玄府、气液、肺络贵于通顺的功能特点，运用中医外治法以开玄府、宣气液、通肺络，使结随之散，病可向愈。
