摘要

颈椎病属中医学“痹病”范畴，也称“项痹”。《黄帝内经》中将痹病根据病位所在五体不同分为皮痹、肌痹、脉痹、筋痹、骨痹。结合各型颈椎病的临床表现和病理特点，从“五体痹”角度辨证分型颈椎病，其中颈型颈椎病属于皮痹、肌痹，神经根型颈椎病属于筋痹，椎动脉型和交感型颈椎病属于脉痹，脊髓型颈椎病属于骨痹。颈椎病的“五体痹”辨证分型可以指导医生选择合适的刺法，针至病所，为临床规范、安全、有效地针刺治疗颈椎病提供思路。
