摘要

目的,2,构建一套科学、系统的疮口中医护理评估的指标体系，促进疮口中医护理评估的规范化建设。,方法,2,在文献检索、研究小组讨论的基础上形成专家咨询问卷初稿，经过2轮德尔菲专家咨询，确定疮口中医护理评估指标体系。,结果,2,2轮专家咨询问卷有效回收率均为95%，专家权威系数分别为0.91、0.93，肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.201、0.226，差异有统计学意义（,P,<,0.01），最终确立的疮口中医护理评估指标体系包括3个一级指标、16个二级指标、28个三级指标。,结论,2,疮口中医护理评估的指标体系具有较高的科学性与可靠性，可为疮口的中医护理评估提供依据。
