摘要

目的,2,运用因子分析联合聚类分析探讨功能性便秘（FC）儿童的中医证候分布及特点。,方法,2,采集205例FC患儿的中医四诊信息，计算所有症状、体征的频率，将主要的四诊信息纳入因子分析矩阵提取公因子，再以公因子为变量进行系统聚类分析。,结果,2,因子分析共筛选出14个公因子，累计贡献率67.593％；经聚类分析分为5组，对应5类证型，其中第1类包含公因子F6、F12、F13、F14为食积便秘，第2类包含公因子F1为气虚便秘，第3类包含公因子F2、F8、F9、F11为气滞便秘，第4类包含公因子F3、F10为燥热便秘，第5类包含公因子F4、F5、F7为血虚便秘。,结论,2,小儿FC的中医证型为食积便秘、燥热便秘、气滞便秘、气虚便秘、血虚便秘5类，其表现各具特点。
