摘要

目的,2,观察复方黄柏液涂剂联合敏感抗生素治疗复杂皮肤软组织感染（cSSTI）的临床疗效。,方法,2,选择2018年1月—2019年12月在河北北方学院附属第一医院接受治疗的cSSTI患者80例，按随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组各40例。所有对象均给予敏感抗生素治疗，观察组联合复方黄柏液涂剂治疗，连续用药14 d。对比2组疗效、治疗前后主要症状积分、典型症状明显缓解时间、治疗前后炎症指标［血清降钙素原（PCT）、白细胞介素（IL）-6、C反应蛋白（CRP）］、不良反应。,结果,2,观察组愈显率、总有效率均高于对照组（,P,<,0.05）。治疗后，2组红、肿、热、痛主要症状评分均较治疗前降低（,P,<,0.05），且观察组均低于对照组（,P,<,0.05）。观察组红肿、疼痛明显缓解时间及皮温明显下降时间均短于对照组（,P,<,0.05）。治疗后，2组PCT、IL-6及CRP水平均较治疗前降低（,P,<,0.05），且观察组均低于对照组（,P,<,0.05）。2组治疗过程中均未出现明显不良反应及肝肾功能检查异常。,结论,2,复方黄柏液涂剂联合敏感抗生素治疗cSSTI的疗效高于单纯敏感抗生素治疗，且能快速缓解患者临床症状，减轻炎症反应。
