摘要

目的,2,观察调脂通脉方（TZTM）对动脉粥样硬化（As）小鼠免疫因子及心功能的影响。,方法,2,随机将36只ApoE,-/-,小鼠分为模型组、TZTM组、Atorv组，各12只，均给予高脂饲料16周；12只C57BL/6J小鼠为正常组，给予基础饲料喂养16周。高脂饲料喂养1周后，TZTM组给予调脂通脉方，按生药量16.5 g/（kg·d）灌胃，Atorv组给予阿托伐他汀5.1 mg/（kg·d）灌胃，正常组、模型组予等体积无菌蒸馏水灌胃。1次/d，连续15周。对比各组颈动脉收缩期血流速度（PSV）、舒张末期容积（EDV）、内-中膜厚度（IMT）、血管壁径向应变、主动脉斑块大小、脾组织及心肌组织中相关基因表达。,结果,2,与模型组比较，TZTM组、Atorv组PSV快、EDV高、IMT薄（,P,<,0.05）；与Atorv组比较，TZTM组EDV高、IMT薄（,P,<,0.05）。与模型组比较，正常组、TZTM组、Atorv组颈动脉血管壁径向应变高（,P,<,0.05）；TZTM组、Atorv组颈动脉血管壁径向应变比较，差异无统计学意义（,P,>,0.05）；TZTM组和Atorv组斑块数量、体积减少。与模型组比较，TZTM组T-bet mRNA表达低（,P,>,0.05），GATA3、IL-4、PGI,2, mRNA表达高（,P,<,0.05），TXA,2,、ET-1、IFN-γ mRNA表达低（,P,<,0.05）。,结论,2,调脂通脉方能促进As小鼠机体免疫平衡及心肌舒缩功能，改善血流，减缓As发展。
