摘要

国医大师陈彤云认为慢性唇炎病机多虚实夹杂，标实见湿、热、燥三邪，此三邪日久伤及脾阴，亦可由脾阴不足而来，故慢性唇炎的治疗当重视滋养脾阴，依据症状不同精细辨证，从时间分类角度，从脾阴不足论治慢性唇炎，为中医药治疗慢性唇炎提供临床思路。
