摘要

郭维琴教授认为慢性心力衰竭中晚期以心肾阳虚、血瘀水停为主要病机，注重心肾同治，以温补心肾、活血利水、阴中求阳、安神定志为主要治法，以心衰合剂为基础方随症加减，临床疗效显著，为临床诊治提供思路借鉴。
