摘要

“女性三联癥”指甲状腺、乳腺、子宫卵巢系统先后或同时出现结节性病变，包括良性结节和恶性肿瘤，属中医学“瘿瘤”“乳癖”“癥瘕”的范畴。贾立群教授从“木郁达之，土郁夺之”理论出发，认为其病因为情志不畅，核心病机为肝郁脾虚、气滞痰凝，治法当以疏肝理脾、调气祛痰为主，肝气郁滞证多参用越鞠丸、柴胡疏肝散、逍遥丸等加减；脾虚痰凝证则拟用温胆汤、二陈汤加减，常用药物有香附、郁金、瓜蒌、厚朴、半夏、陈皮等。
