摘要

强直性脊柱炎是以骶髂关节炎和脊柱强直为主要表现的难治性自身免疫性疾病。至虚之处必是留邪之所，腰为肾之府，督脉行于脊里正中，肾精亏虚、督脉失养为本病的基本病机。肾虚精亏，血虚失养，为因虚致病；瘀血留滞经脉，督脉瘀阻，为因瘀致病；病程日久痰浊壅滞经脉，则化生顽痹。可选用治血三法治疗本病，精血亏虚、肾督干涸、腰府失养者，治以养血填精之法；邪壅致瘀、督脉艰涩者，治以活血通督之法；病程日久、痰瘀交阻者，治以破血豁痰之法。
