摘要

目的,2,采用数据挖掘方法总结李国勤教授治疗间质性肺病（ILD）的用药规律，总结其学术思想及经验。,方法,2,收集筛选李国勤教授近10年在中国中医科学院广安门医院呼吸科门诊治疗ILD的首诊处方，运用中医传承计算平台（V3.0）中频次统计、关联规则、聚类分析等功能分析病历数据库。,结果,2,共获得761个处方，涉及中药146味，用药多以补虚、化痰止咳平喘、清热、活血化瘀等药为主，使用频次排名前5位的药物有黄芪、红景天、赭石、苦杏仁、防己；药性以温性为多；药味以苦味为多；归经以肺、脾经为主。146味中药涉及药物组合42个，使用频次排名前3位的药物组合为黄芪-红景天、黄芪-苦杏仁、黄芪-赭石。通过聚类分析结合临床经验得出6个核心处方。,结论,2,李国勤教授认为ILD的基本病机为肺脾肾虚、痰瘀互结，以补肺脾肾、祛痰化瘀为主要治法，辅以清热养阴、止咳平喘、降逆和胃等法。常用药物为补虚药、化痰止咳平喘药、清热药、活血化瘀药等，可为临床中医药治疗ILD提供遣方用药思路。
