摘要

国医大师方和谦教授临床重视“和解法”的应用，提出了“和为扶正，解为散邪”的创新认识。“和为扶正”即顾护脏腑功能之正气，将“和”列为扶正范畴，临证注重调和血气、调理肝脾；“解为散邪”注重调理气机来散除邪气，通过和调气机以散解水湿、痰浊、瘀血之邪，从而使脏腑、气血、营卫、阴阳功能恢复运行之常态，达到“使之和”的治病目的。通过阐释“和为扶正，解为散邪”的内涵，以丰富和完善方和谦学术思想，拓展和解法的临床应用范围。
