摘要

白彦萍教授将慢性皮肤病的关键病机总结为“风痰瘀邪久蕴不解，气血失和”，临床多从风、痰、瘀邪论治，而风有内风、外风之分，痰有夹风之痰与络脉顽痰之别，瘀有脏腑之瘀与络脉瘀结之异。因此在治疗上也有疏散外风、搜逐内风，祛风化痰、剔痰散结，以及活血化瘀、通络散瘀的不同。擅用蝉蜕、蛇蜕、僵蚕、全蝎、蜈蚣、土鳖虫、水蛭及各种蛇类药物，借虫蚁蠕动走窜之性，搜剔络中顽痰瘀血，驱逐内外风邪，松动病结，推陈致新。对于病久气血失和，延虚入络者，白教授在补虚的同时以少量虫类药入络达腠，起补而不滞、调畅气血之功。
