摘要

胡元会教授运用中医理论辨治房颤，强调本虚，尤重气阴，邪实方面权衡风、火、痰、瘀，提倡病证结合、因人制宜，善用角药，且主张运用“治未病”理论防治房颤，在缩短阵发性房颤复律时间、改善持续性房颤和永久性房颤临床症状、延长窦律时间、减少并发症及房颤复发等方面均具有优势。
