摘要

斑秃是一种常见的炎症性非瘢痕性脱发，属中医学“油风”范畴，常见肝肾不足、气血两虚、气滞血瘀等证型，分为活动期、静止期以及恢复期，病程日久的斑秃患者多见血热血瘀，但也要重视风邪在斑秃活动期的重要作用。治疗应选用调理血分的凉血活血之品，以驱散风邪，使血行风灭，同时结合兼证随证加减，可达到控制病情，阻止头发继续脱落的目的。
