摘要

玄府是气液运行的通道，全身气血津液等精微物质在体内的输布及代谢运动有赖于玄府的畅通。从“玄府气液理论”角度切入，认为黄褐斑发病与肝、脾、肾三脏功能失调密切相关，其核心病机为气血失和、玄府郁闭，以开玄通府、调和气血为总治则。逍遥散作为调和肝脾气血之经典方剂，疏肝理气开玄、养血柔肝和玄、健脾益气补玄，辅以辛散开郁宣玄，达到开玄通府的目的，符合玄府贵开忌阖的生理特性，临床基于此理论治疗黄褐斑效果明显。
