摘要

鱼鳞病是一种临床常见的慢性皮肤疾病，呈明显的冬重夏轻的季节性规律，病情严重时给患者身心带来严重困扰，目前临床防治存在一定的困难。基于鱼鳞病的季节性规律，从中医学天人相应、四时调护理论入手，对本病的临床特点、病因病机进行探讨，分析本病呈明显季节性规律的发病机制，为治疗及日常调护提供季节相关的思路及方向。
