摘要

卒中后抑郁是卒中后人群常见的伴发疾病，发病率高，其治疗越来越受到重视。中医认为卒中后抑郁是因病致郁，病位在脑心，为脑心共患疾病。但胆的生理功能也与卒中后抑郁的病机有关，故在治疗卒中基础上调理胆经、利胆化痰、和解少阳，合理运用针灸及中药治疗，临床效果显著，为治疗卒中后抑郁提供了新的诊疗思路。
