摘要

目的,2,分析33例肺结节病患者的中医证候特征。,方法,2,对2017年6月—2022年8月收治的33例肺结节病患者证候及影像学检查资料进行回顾性分析。,结果,2,33例肺结节病患者共有15个证候类型，占比前3位的为痰浊内盛证、脉络瘀阻证、湿热内蕴证；以舌淡、白苔、脉弦为主要的舌脉特征；病位以肺、肝、脾三脏为主。影像分期Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期肺结节病患者的中医证型以湿热、痰浊、瘀血等实证为主；Ⅲ期患者以虚实夹杂证型占比高；Ⅳ期患者可见气阴两虚的纯虚证型。,结论,2,肺结节病患者病情复杂，常为复合证型，同时累及多个脏腑，痰浊、瘀血、湿热是其主要病机；证型与分期关系密切。
