摘要

关幼波教授的“气血辨证”学术思想认为气血是人体阴阳的反映，阴阳失衡与气血不和密切相关，关老力倡十纲辨证，以完善八纲辨证的基础。结合“痰瘀理论”“络病学说”“中州思想”，阐明“气血辨证”作为贯穿关老学术体系主线的关键作用，“痰瘀理论”认为痰瘀是气血病理产物，化痰行瘀当围绕调畅气血；“络病学说”强调气血病变涉及络脉，治当通畅络脉，以助气血渗灌，资助脏腑；“中州思想”则注重协调中焦气机升降与肝脾关系，恢复气血化生与运行正常。“气血辨证”学术思想拓展了临床辨证方法，丰富和发展了中医学传统基础理论，有助于临床疗效的提高。
