摘要

风湿性多肌痛的中医辨证以肝肾亏虚为本，气血失调为枢，终致痰浊瘀血内停于肌肉、筋脉，发为痹痛。本病的中医治疗以“虚气流滞”理论为指导，“虚气”为本，予滋肾养肝补其虚；“血滞”为枢，予疏肝理脾通其滞；“痰瘀”为终，予活血化瘀散痰凝为其治也。
