摘要

动脉粥样硬化是心脑血管疾病中常见的一种病理过程，涉及血管壁的炎症和免疫反应。“阳化气，阴成形”是自然万物生化以及人体物质代谢的基本活动形式，失衡则转而为害。“阳不化气，阴过成形”为该病的基本病机。五脏气化失司，以致精微不归正化，聚而为浊，血脉失养，积于脉道，发为本病。以“温通阳气”为基本法则，补火养心以通阳、健脾益气以升阳、清肃肺气以宣阳、疏肝理气以开阳、温肾益精以助阳，指导遣方用药，以达气机流畅，精归正化，润养血脉之效，可提高早期干预动脉粥样硬化的临床疗效。
