摘要

乳腺癌类更年期综合征包括烦躁易怒、潮热汗出、乏力、失眠多梦、心悸、骨关节异常等症状，在乳腺癌患者中高发，是中医治疗的优势病种。王笑民教授基于“火水未济”理论，提出相火肾水未济、君火肾水未济等是乳腺癌类更年期综合征的重要病因病机，同时伴有脾、胃、肝、肺等脏腑功能失调，人体阴阳失衡，辨证施以滋补肾水、引火归元、交通心神、补益脾胃、疏肝宣肺等法，在乳腺癌类更年期综合征治疗过程中取得了显著疗效。
