摘要

目的

对紫色疽疮膏外用治疗下肢静脉性溃疡（臁疮）血瘀证患者开展回顾性分析，评价其临床疗效及安全性。

方法

选择2020年6月—2022年6月在首都医科大学附属北京中医医院住院并门诊随访的64例下肢静脉性溃疡患者为研究对象，按治疗方法分为观察组和对照组，各32例。观察组给予紫色疽疮膏外敷，对照组给予龙珠软膏外敷，疗程4周。对比2组疗效，肉芽首次出现时间，治疗前及治疗2、4周疼痛视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分、肉芽色泽评分、创面面积，记录不良反应。

结果

治疗2、4周观察组有效率、总有效率均高于对照组（

0.05）。观察组、对照组肉芽首次出现时间分别为（4.44±1.19）、（7.31±1.73）d，观察组肉芽首次出现时间短于对照组（

0.05）。治疗2、4周，2组VAS评分、肉芽色泽评分均较治疗前降低、创面面积较治疗前缩小（

0.05）；治疗2周，观察组的肉芽色泽评分低于对照组（

0.05）；治疗4周，观察组在VAS评分、肉芽色泽评分、创面面积均低于对照组（

0.05）。2组均未见明显不良反应。

结论

紫色疽疮膏外用能促进下肢静脉性溃疡（臁疮）血瘀证患者创面的生长愈合，疗效优于龙珠软膏，且安全性高。
