摘要

咳嗽是新型冠状病毒感染后遗症的常见症状之一。何庆勇教授立足于经典及历代医家论著，提出“类方-方证-主证”的辨证新体系。本文基于此体系论治新型冠状病毒感染后遗咳嗽，提出蠲饮宜温，辛散相合，方选青龙之例；邪郁宜和，升降相得，治遵柴胡之法；痰热宜清，凉散相应，理从越婢之证的治法。并且根据临床症状，灵活运用药对及小方。
