摘要

玄府具有分布上的广泛性，结构上孔、隙的细微性及功能上开阖、通利的动态性特点，其功能主要包括流通气液、渗灌气血和运转神机。玄府开阖失司，形成痰瘀、水浊之邪，日久蕴积成毒邪，毒损脑络，络损神伤，络损髓伤，与脑络、毒邪共同参与中风病各阶段的病理过程，如中风先兆、急性期脑组织损伤及中风后意识障碍和痴呆等。
