摘要

全国名中医张炳厚教授重视脏腑辨证，临证立法精确、选方新颖，遣药奇特，讲究引经报使，善用虫蚁药治疗疑难杂症，擅用滋生青阳汤治疗多种疾病，举凡阴虚阳亢、心肾不交之失眠、耳鸣脑鸣，肝肾阴虚、肝风上扰之三叉神经痛，阴虚火旺之更年期综合征，阴虚阳亢、风痰阻络之高血压病、中风等，以之加减治疗每获佳效。张教授强调辨证与辨病相结合，应在辨证施治的基础上应用本方，临证掌握异病同治、同病异治的灵活性，不可一概而论。
