摘要

多发性硬化（multiple sclerosis，MS）是一种中枢神经系统脱髓鞘疾病，病程中常呈波动性复发缓解，临床表现多以视力下降、复视、肢体感觉运动障碍、共济失调、二便障碍等为特征。根据其主症特点可将其归为中医学“痿证”“视瞻昏渺”“麻木不仁”范畴。本文对MS进行概述，总结中医临床特点，归纳其中医临床证候为肝肾阴虚证、脾肾阳虚证、痰湿热证与气虚血瘀证，总结其治法为补益肝肾、温补脾肾、清热化痰与补气活血。本方案结合西医诊断方法与治疗，对西医及中医的治疗方法进行梳理，规范疗效评定标准，形成中西医结合诊疗方案，以期为中西医结合治疗MS提供规范与指导。
