摘要

变应性鼻炎是临床常见的鼻黏膜非感染性慢性炎性疾病，因其严重影响患者生活质量，导致劳动效率下降，已成为全球性的健康问题。本方案概述了变应性鼻炎临床表现、辅助检查、诊断标准、临床分型、西医治疗方案，并从中医辨证分型、方药施治、中药提前干预、针灸推拿辨证取穴、中西医疗效判定标准等方面进行阐述，制定本中西医结合诊疗方案供临床同道参考。
