摘要

祁宝玉教授总结了眼底血证使用活血化瘀药物的指征，提出辨眼底血证时应仔细分析血瘀的症状及原因；在使用活血化瘀药物的同时应注意其配伍用药，尤其强调软坚化痰药及虫类药的应用；运用活血化瘀法治疗视网膜静脉阻塞及糖尿病视网膜病变所致眼底血证效果显著。
