摘要

交感型颈椎病呈现高患病率，多伴情绪抑郁状态。崔述生教授认为交感型颈椎病合并抑郁乃督脉元阳不足，脾生化乏源而致。督脉为精明之府，是其他脉络联结之重要通道，是一身阳气输布所系；督脉通利则神府明健、骨正筋柔；督阳调则五脏和，以养精神，疏抑郁。通过口服方药、推拿点穴、捏脊调督、走罐闪罐、运动康复及心理开导多种方法联合应用治疗交感型颈椎病，每获良效。
