摘要

人体肌表之皮毛与汗孔，是肌表之玄府，人体呼吸道之黏膜、纤毛等，是肺内之玄府，皆属于表，为肺所主。间质性肺病（ILD）病位在肺间质，在中医是为肺之腠理，是三焦与肺的功能相协之处。肺之腠理可通于肌表之玄府与肺内之玄府，有内外两种出路。ILD的治疗应注意给邪以出路，可开玄府、通腠理，或兼扶正气，从而起到从表达邪的治疗作用。
