摘要

目的

探讨儿童功能性便秘（functional constipation，FC）的易感中医体质及主要危险因素，并构建临床风险预测模型。

方法

选取2022年9月—2023年7月就诊于首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院中医科的FC儿童为观察组，同期就诊的大便正常儿童为对照组，进行中医体质判定，采用

Logistic

回归分析检验相关危险因素；用R-studio绘制发病风险预测模型，并对模型进行内部验证。

结果

气虚质和阴虚质是儿童FC的易感体质，出生6个月内人工喂养、有便秘家族史、每日饮水量少、饮食过精细、少食蔬菜、排便注意力不集中和憋便是儿童FC的独立危险因素（

0.05）。根据上述独立危险因素构建了列线图模型，受试者工作特征曲线下面积为0.886，校准曲线和理想曲线比较贴近，Hosmer-Lemeshow拟合优度良好（

=8.341，

=0.401）。

结论

基于气虚质、阴虚质及出生6个月内人工喂养、有便秘家族史、每日饮水量少、饮食精细、少食蔬菜、排便注意力不集中、憋便9个危险因素建立的列线图预测模型对儿童FC发生有较好的预测价值。
