摘要

我国的幽门螺杆菌（Helicobacter pylori， Hp）感染率较高，且胃癌高发，根除Hp不仅是治疗胃炎、消化性溃疡的重要手段，也是预防胃癌的有效措施。Hp属中医湿热邪气，其引起的胃炎、消化性溃疡等病归属中医学“胃脘痛病”“胃痞病”等范畴，呈现脾胃湿热、脾虚郁滞、正虚毒盛的病证演变规律。中医药在提高Hp根除率、缓解临床症状、减少不良反应等方面具有优势，在长期临床应用中形成了有效的中西医结合根除方案，以及针对老年人群、难治性人群的个体化病证结合治疗方案。参照《成人幽门螺杆菌引起的胃炎中西医协作诊疗共识》《全国中西医整合治疗幽门螺杆菌相关“病-证”共识》，结合北京大学第一医院中医、中西医结合科团队在Hp中西医结合治疗领域的研究成果共同制定本方案，以期突出中医药优势，规范Hp感染的中西医协同诊疗，提高临床疗效。
