摘要

痰作为常见的病理产物和致病因素，在呼吸系统疾病中占有重要地位。李国勤主任辨证治痰重视厘清阴阳寒热，主张从痰之源头辨证，四诊合参，顾及脾肾；强调痰邪与他邪共同存在，辨识血瘀、热壅、气滞等，并对病位做出判断，采用不同的逐邪方式，因势利导，故取效迅速。本文总结李国勤主任治疗痰证的经验方法，有助于拓宽临床医生治疗痰证相关疾病的诊疗思路。
