摘要

董振华教授认为系统性硬化症属本虚标实之病，脾肾阳虚、气血不足、腠理疏松、营卫不和为本；寒湿外侵导致的经络痹阻、寒凝血瘀、寒郁化热、湿热蕴毒为标。因其症状多样，病因病机复杂，治疗需辨证与辨病相结合，标本兼顾；遣方用药，以温补脾肾、益气养血、调和营卫治其本，散寒通络、活血化瘀、清利湿热、凉血解毒治其标。
